You're actually in luck, as of about a week ago. Prior to a week ago, the answer would have been "if you don't have a back up copy somewhere, you're SOL". But last week, iTunes announced a new "cloud" feature in which they automatically store all your purchases, and will let you redownload them.

First, you need to upgrade to the absolute latest version of iTunes, version 10.3. Then click on "iTunes Store" on the left menu. Now on the right, in the second section of "Quick Links", there should be a new "Purchases" option. Click that, and you will be presented with a list of all your iTunes purchases, and you can redownload any or all of them.

I'm not sure how your Itunes account works,you might be able to access it on any computer ,but if not you could bring your song Libary over to the new PC via a USB Flash drive.

Plug the external into the new PC and find the file you want and open it should then install on the new PC.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
