I have a Whirlpool Quiet Partner II &the latch on the soap dispenser no longer latches, and in fact comes off Any ideas?

I know you asked this a long time ago, but I just had the same problem and found the solution. What you need to do is remove the front panel, mine is stainless steel. This can be done by unscrewing all the screws on the inside of the door on the outer edge.

There is a small white plastic piece that attaches to the blue latch piece that you need to reconnect. In my case the white piece had completely fallen off and was on the floor by the dishwasher, but I have heard it can still be in place, but was loose for some reason. It is really straight forward to reattach them.

Just make sure the white piece fits back in the hole by the spring. Hope that helps. I am sure you have already solved this.

1 The dishwasher should still be under warranty. Have the manufacturer replace the soap dispenser door.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
