The Department of Education offers Direct PLUS Loans for the parents of dependent students at a fixed interest rate of 7.9%.
They are still giving equity lines at most banks in the 5-7% range and some even less with great credit. Keep in mind that great credit these days isn't worth as much as it used to be, you have to have very little debt, and your ratios have to very good to qualify. The banks are not willing to take many risks these days.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
