I have monthly work represented in percentage. So I need to get working hours using that percentage?

Once you know what the percentage is a part of (a percent of) you would then figure out, for example, the 95% of the number of hours - and there you'd have a new number of hours.

If you figure out what, exactly, is the number of hours you're starting with; and if you find any percentage of those, there's no converting to be done. You have your answer in hours.

The question could be slightly more interesting than most of the percentage questions here, but I don't know exactly what you are looking for.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
