I have phobia of vegetables (actually having therapy) but am starting to eat fruits. Nutrient-wise do the come close?

In martial arts, we learned that if you get hit sort of often, after some time, you can take a punch better. Same goes if you drop a medicine ball onto somebody's stomach as they do sit-ups. So in a sense, you are getting stronger, but not so much "swole" as a toughening up.

In other words, you may be able to take a harder hit, but it won't make you able to hit harder.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
