Lancing will not work until the Boil forms. The preswelling is fluid much like a blister expanding the skin. When it is formed the fluid will be replaced by puss.

Seek medical attention before it gets out of hand. Premature lancing may form a scar.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
