This may all be very natural for a youngster who has not yet gone through the puberty stage completely. When you say that you masturbate are you feeling the sensation of a climax? Or could you be stimulating yourself into releasing some urine. I know this may all be a little confusing for a youngster though I would think at your age you may not have fully developed testis and so you could just be ejaculating seminal fluids that contain very little or no semen.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
