Well, they're still babies. And they haven't been house-trained yet, and in fact, you really can't count on them being house-trained until they're six months. And even then, they may have occasional accidents.

Also Boston terriers are companion pets, and they're very social, and they like sleeping with you and each other. So the puppy might be getting upset that it's being put into a cage at night. It's been use to sleeping with its mother, brothers and sisters.

The puppy may need to sleep in your room or in bed with you for comfort. In the wild, dogs would sleep all together in a pile. So sleeping alone is not what their instinct is.

And one dog may simply be upset about this arrangement. Try having the puppy sleep with you or with the other pup on a dog bed.

I had them in the same kennel but didn't feel it fair to the other puppy to have to sleep in that mess. She only goes at night, never during the day and they do not go in the house. I am home all the time so they go out often.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
