I have Windows Live Mail. There is one company sending me unwanted email. They are even on my blocked list!

How to rid? I have even written them and asked them to stop sending the emails. I also have clicked on their unsubscribe URL three times.

How to I get rid of them? I don't get how they get past my blocked list! I have entered it accurately.
