I just realized my trip to Africa is less than 4 months away and I need to go on a serious training sched. Can anyone help? Any suggestions?

If your not a member of a gym I would suggest starting there and going 3 - 5 times a week dependent on your schedule, the gym will provide classes for you to attend, which will also help you to get into shape. In addition to exercise a change or look at what your eating should be done. My wife was the same, when she was going on a safari holidays to South Africa, she wanted to get into shape and ever since the holiday she has carried on her healthy lifestyle.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
