I live in a 2 fam house w/ supposedly 2 separate water heaters. When I shower and the upstairs ppl flush I get burnt...?

That doesn't necessarily imply a common water heater - more like a common water supply (do you get a separate water bill?) so that when the upstairs people use cold water (like to flush) it reduces the pressure in the entire system - so the hot water continues at full pressure, with less cold. Newer homes are required to have showers that automatically compensate, but there are still a lot of old showers out there. TheLightWorks 55 months ago.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
