Usually they take it out of his unemployment benefits.

I called the support office & they claim he doesn't have to make payments out of his unemployment check so I guess I'm out of luck :( UNLESS he gets another job & then I get all the money back to the day he lost his job. I'm not sure how that would work since there aren't any jobs in Ohio anyway. I'm very upset but can't do anything about the law at this point.

He doesn't HAVE to, but he should or he is in danger of having a warrant put out for his arrest.... He can definitely OPT to have it taken out of his unemployment check. Otherwise, it will go into default and, if it's over a certain amount of time overdue (depending on what state you're in), they can send him to jail for non-payment.

Thanks for the info! I think he's really going to be hurting since he was making $6,000 a month & I heard that his unemploy. Check will only be about $1,200 per month.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
