I m planning to go vaishno devi on 31 decmeber how is the weather and its it too freezed will I not be able to?

Currently the weather of jammu katra is very cold as 5°celcius and there water like ice' water. I advise to you plz visit in march-april month. In these month there weather will be clean and comfortable than winter sesion.
