A carp/leather carp hybrid from South Korea Reuters: Hybrid Fish Has Human Face One of two 19-year-old fish with human-like facial features in Chongju, about 140 km (88 miles) south of Seoul on January 10, 2005. The hybrid species fish were born between a carp and a leather carp in the pond of a personal house in Chongju. Each of the two female fish is 80 cm (32 inches) long and 50 cm (20 inches) in circumference.

The owner of the fish said on Monday that their faces have begun to look more and more human over the last couple of years. Picture taken January 10. KOREA OUT REUTERS/Chungcheong TodayA couple of other sites I came across, this one being representative, suggest that the hybridization is actually carp and Ayu Sweetfish, possibly the result of artificial insemination.

Can you get one? I doubt it, since it would apparently involve importing it from Korea. Would it be easy to care for?

The fact that it was hybridized in someones home, and is from a carp, suggest that it wouldn’t be too difficult. If you could get one. Sources: Reuters, Wikipedia Video .

A carp hybrid or a virtual pet If you saw this fish in person, you might wanna call Reuters: a couple of carp hybrids with vaguely human-like faces made the news in Korea in 2005. They’re not a special type of fish, just an odd mutation. There’s also a poplar email chain letter going around with images from an ad campaign for a Japanese Sega Dreamcast virtual-pet game, doctored up with a fake story about hwo the fish in the picture was caught in the wild.

If you want to raise one of those fish, you’ll just have to buy the game :) breakthechain.org/exclusives/fishface.html" rel="nofollow">breakthechain.org/exclusives/fishface.html Sources: breakthechain.org/exclusives/fishface.html" rel="nofollow">breakthechain.org/exclusives/fishface.html Video .

It's called... a fake! There was a Korean news report on this a while back:The fish is the result of artificial insemination between a carp and ayu sweetfish. As the fish grew larger, the design on the fish reportedly changed to look more like the face of a human being. It actually turns out to be a hoax:The story of the fish with a human face has been circulating through the internet for sometime now often accompained by the very bold headline, "Fish Discovered with Human Face".

It is a not real! Just some fancy computer work. The fish with a human face is actually a SEGA game.

In Japan, Seaman (the sega game) was marketed similarly to the Blair Witch Project in the US. Displays of Seaman skeletons and fossils were set up in museums and stores, a book, The Journal of Jean-Paul Gasse, was published, and websites were set up to further propagate the story. It is just another one of those never dying online hoaxes. 2 Actually, I think EddieNygma may be mixing up two different stories. There is a human faced fish hoax based off of the ads for Seaman, and that creepy fish in a jar is one of those images, but the Korean video isn't related to Seaman and appears to be genuine. BreakTheChain is pretty reliable about online hoaxes (their raison d'etre, after all), and they separate the two stories.

Where can I buy hartz all-in-one water conditioner for my fish tank.

Can you pump too much air into a fish tank.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
