I turn out to be the buyer to sister car when I suppose to be the co-signer. the dealer is saying mistake is the bank?

I turn out to be the buyer to sister car when I suppose to be the co-signer. The dealer is saying mistake is the bank. The dealer is saying capital(one) is the mistake not them.My sister went to capital(one) bank and that bank said the paper work came into capital(one) with my name on it as the buyer and not the co-signer.

I believe that is right. Do anyone agree with me. Why would capital(one) need to lie.

My sister is so mad because now I am getting all the credit on my credit report for being the buyer to this car. She want to know who screwed up, and I told I know for sure the dealer did,so the dealer can get paid. Can this be resolved, because my sister don't mind makin the monthly payments, but she is afraid her name is not getting recognize on the credit report once this is all pay for.

She is tryin to refinance the car, because it have been 12months and capital one said she cant refinance the car. The dealer told her that we were both the owner. That cant be true.

She tried to buy the car with just her name and she got shot down. They told her she needs a co-signer. Thats when I came in.

Just wondering if it has or the car dealer messed up! My b.f. Just bought an 08 and had his dad co-sign as he doesn't have enough credit, so yesterday the loan company sent the payment information...... (1 answer - asked 4 months ago)A: consigner getting billI would call the finance company and ask them to explain why his father is getting the billings.

Usually the name that's on the title is the one that get billed. Sources: Experience .

1 LIZ, Please take your 'Caps' lock key off. It's bad netiquette to use all caps - it makes people think you are yelling. As far as what you are asking, it sounds like you are responsible for the payments.

If you are afraid you can't afford it - why don't you both sell the car? Then she can go buy her own (cheaper) car that you won't have to co-sign for.

Im co-signer the dealer used me I was buying car salesman put her on title and made me co-signer what can I do.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
