I think you'll still get a DUI. In my experience someone else who had been drinking, rear ended me, no one was harmed but the cops were still called and they ended up getting a DUI.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
