I was diagnosed with an arrhythmia in February, and am currentl taking medication for this. However, within the last week, I have forgotten?

I am not a medical professional - just one of the health vertical managers here at Mahalo ;) Forgetting your meds is not advisable... but the usual advice for "most medications" is to not double up on doses, but to take your medication either as soon as you remember or at your next scheduled time (if that is close). It sounds like you have gotten yourself very upset about missing these doses. Which is totally understandable... The stress it sounds like you are experiencing may very well be exhibiting symptoms of stress.

Why don't you give your doctor's office a call for reassurance? And perhaps that will alleviate the stress symptoms :) Without the specifics of knowing your particular condition, or the type of medication you are on, I am not sure that a medical professional would be able to help you much on the site... Take care - I hope you feel better REAL soon! Hugs, Colette.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
