I was just wondering im building my first gaming pc is this setup ok if I want to run skyrim on high settings?

If you plan on playing fast paced games like FPS you will want a faster monitor. With 5ms grey to grey you can still see some smearing. 2ms would be better for FPS.

Also if you are paying the same money for both DVD drives just get two burners. They do pretty much the same thing and you can burn two DVDs at the same time if you need to. Everything else looks fine.

Okay, that's a nice system. You will definitely need to add a 64-bit Windows 7 OS to it A high end heatsink is the only item you might have missed that I can see. That's assuming you already have a gaming level keyboard and mouse.

If you're going for ultimate bragging rights, you might want to consider a SSD for your OS disk. It blows away even Velociraptor speeds.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
