If they're a legit site, it shouldn't be hard to figure out how to unsubscribe. If they're a scam, then I guess you have to tell your credit card company to stop allowing the transaction, or cancel your credit card (which would affect your credit rating).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
