Probably what the government has been doing to fight against terrorism since the attacks of 9-11. As part of that, we will probably see more government surveillance of Americans. We might see a US counter-strike against territory now under ISIS control, similar to the US invasion of Afghanistan following 9-11.
Whether this would be a good idea, I don't know. I don't think so. I think for many different reasons, the US really should avoid committing significant numbers of ground troops to Syria and Iraq.
I think the government in case of an ISIS attack also would continue to follow a strategy we're following already: trying to forge an international coalition of anti-ISIS nations, with major Muslim nations helping to take the lead in the fight. And pressuring the governments of Iraq and Syria to be more inclusive of Shias, Sunnis and Alawites alike, as well as whatever Arab Christians still remain in these countries - the idea being to increase public support for the Iraqi and Syrian governments, and to decrease ethnic and religious unrest that leads some Sunni Muslims to support ISIS as an alternative to being oppressed by their Shia neighbors. -- democratic socialist.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
