There is no cover-up. The Republicans are not really trying to discredit Obama. Their real goal is to make Clinton look bad.

They want to weaken Clinton to hurt her chances in 2016. It is despicable that the Republicans would play around with US foreign policy, the memory of those that died, and a fortune of tax payers money, just to score cheap political points against Clinton.
