If Ron Paul loses the GOP nomination & ran 3rd party, who would he take more votes from: The GOP or Obama?

Of course he can. It isn't illegal but it might not be practical. For instance, he might find he's no longer welcome in the GOP when he runs for re-election in his congressional district in Texas.

Ron Paul is trying to go after the delegates. It is not the popular votes that put him office. In 2008 Ron Paul supporters discovered on their own how to become a delegate so they could back him in the 2012 election.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
