If senators are in office for a six year term how is it that they 23's are up for election you believe every two years?

The senate and I believe the house also do a "staggered" election. A senator's term is 6 years but not all senators are up for election at the same time. Senator A is up for election this year while senator B is up in 2009.

Both are serving 6 year terms but the start of the terms are not the same.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
