If stranded on a deserted island with only a DVD player and five movies. What five movies would you pick?

The Tenth Kingdom -- made for TV, it's 10 hours long! Lord of the Rings Trilogy -- the best movie ever The Incredibles -- Edna. Mode.

Pirates of the Caribbean -- just plain fun French Kiss -- for a bit of light romantic comedy.

1) How to escape from a desert Island 2) A beginners guide to radio construction 3) Advanced guide to radio construction 4) Metalworking for dummies 5) Shipbuilding techniques.

1. Casablanca 2. It's a Wonderful Life 3.

Lord of the Rings: Return of the King 4. Gone With the Wind 5. Ben Hur.

Casablanca The Wizard of Oz Starship Troopers Cleopatra The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.

If I could take 5 multi-DVD movies, I'd take ones with as many DVDs as possible per set (e.g. The Godfather series, LOTR, etc. ) so that I could use these to make as huge a sun reflector as possible. Then that might increase my chances of being rescued! :-D.

1. Pride & Prejudice (1995) - Technically a miniseries, but I typically watch it straight through. 2.

Romeo & Juliet (1968) 3. Love Actually 4. Jane Eyre (1996) 5. Finding Forrester I would, however, bring along A Bit of Fry & Laurie if TV shows on DVD were allowed.

1. 5th element 2. Anchorman 3.

Snatch 4. Godfather 1 5. Godfather 2.

Five - American Psycho Four - The Manchurian Candidate (the original) Three - The Big Lebowski Two - Catch 22 One - Look at my icon.

1. Grease 2. Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory 3.

The Wizard of Oz 4. Hairspray (2008) 5. The Stand (Stephen King).

Seven Samurai (Epic tale by Kurasawa at his best) Putney Swope (offbeat humor that is addictive) Wagner (biography of Richard Wagner - great music but a bit depressing) The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly (Spaghetti western with great music by Morricone) Koyaanisqatsi (great music by Phillip Glass and awesome video).

1. How-to build a boat 2. How-to Cook 3.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
