If you could end racism and all other forms of discrimination just by saying so, would you do it?

Racism is based on economic class actually, it is about money and power, look at all of the questions about race in YA and they are all mainly based on economic class, which nation is richer than which, which group of people are better or worse educated, better employed, got more or less money, live in good or bad areas etc. Dear Bunny, I am very well aware that Racism based on skin colour did not exist in the era of the Roman Empire, and that Black Africans were noteven called Black, they were known as 'The Ethiopians" Racism is a verynew concept about 200 years old that has been "mystically" used to to perpretrate LIES about Africa and Black Africans, do not challenge me on the history of Ancient and Modern Africa because I know FAR FAR MORE than you and do NOT call me a racist either LADY! While you are here wailing on about slavery and the like, Africa is actually rapidly moving ahead economically in gigantic leaps and bounds and my very very good friends and contacts in AFRICA have very little time to even discuss Slavery, to them it is something that happened and they have progressed onwards. If you want prooff get off of YA and get yourself over to AFRICA and SEE THE PROGRESS being made with your own eyes.

Too many of you who call yourselves AFRICAN americans are too busy getting all heated up about a historical event that has long past and which most Africans would rather not discuss now. They are all too busy getting UNIVERSITY Degrees and RE-BUILDING AFRICA.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
