If you do not like dogs and your boy friend/girl friend has one would you demand they get rid of them for you?

You can't legally get rid of a dog that is not your own and if you do, your girlfriend will hate you forever. Talk to her. Tell her how important it is to you to have your family visit.

Tell her she either rehomes the dog or moves out.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
