I would.In general, after thoroughly warming up your new car or truck, use it for it's intended use up to 80% of it's specs. Vary the speeds and don't race it, but use it as intended.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
