In faradays law of induction, does the induced emf depends on the resistance of the circuit? if so, how?

You have not mentioned here weather the loop is moving within the magnetic field only. If it is like that answer be ZERO in both cases as while in motion there is no change in magnetic field, area of loop and orientation of magnetic field.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
