In Lord of the Rings, why is the One Ring so powerful?

First off, it can render its wearer invisible. Then you have the part where it is "one ring to rule them all. " That means that the bearer of the One Ring can hold power over the wearers of all the other rings.

These are the leaders of the other kingdoms. As you can see on the One Ring, it has an incantation that activates the power of the ring The destruction of the ring also brings about the destruction of Sauron himself. This is just some of the powers the One Ring has. It's ridiculously powerful.

To completely understand the One Ring, you should read previous Tolkien's work, the Silmarillion. Basically, Sauron learned to forge the One Ring that would bind all other rings of power, which were forged by Celebrimbor, the descendant of Feanor to him. Once he wore the ring, he would be able to subdue all other ring wearers.

All other ring wearers were already under his control (the Ringwraiths and the dwarf kings) but the 3 elven rings. If he got the ring back, he would get his power back plus the ability to control the 3 elven rings who have until now resisted his force.

The One Ring (or the Ruling Ring) is said to contain all of the powers of the other rings. Does this just mean that it was able to control all of their powers or does it mean that the One Ring actually had each of these powers also? What made it so much more powerful that it could control all the others?

Was it created in a different way or was a different material used to make it? The One Ring was made last and was created to be the master of all the other rings but how did it get this power? The One Ring (or the Ruling Ring) is said to contain all of the powers of the other rings.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
