In soccer, what is the difference between a winger and a midfielder?

In soccer you will often hear of a 4-4-2 formation, which means 4 defenders, 4 midfielders and 2 forwards. Focusing on the 4 midfield players in this formation, yes, 2 of them are wingers. One on the left wing / flank (Andres Guardado is usually in this position), and the other on the right.

Sometimes they will be called the left-sided and / or right-sided midfielder. The other two midfield players are central midfielders (usually one defensive, one attacking). Central midfielders are completely distinct from wingers, so no, not all midfielders are wingers.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
