In Virginia, if you have roommates, can a landlord still charge breaking the lease fees if I find a suitable tenant to take it over in time?

So once before you moved broke...now you still broke....are you worried about being broke..if you had money would you piss it away so you could stay broke...could you whine some more.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
