In what particular place in the Philippines do white herons build nests and lay eggs?

I read in a blog - though haven't verified if it's indeed true - that white herons thrive at the Bird Sanctuary and Mangrove Park in Bais, Negros Oriental, Philippines.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
