In Windows Vista, how do I set which browser I'll open Internet files with?

If you have downloaded files from the Internet, they you would open it with the program appropriate to the application. The files downloaded should come with their own that will open the thing for you. If your Windows is asking what program to open the file with, it's a badly written program, first off.
