Insert csv data into mysql according to headers?

You say you have scripts : "If I using my scripts , it will just insert myadd,myfname and mylname into FirstName,LastName and Address , even the headers will be inserted as well.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
