Interested to know how many people can work from home anytime they want to, have a truly flexible work arrangement?

As another who is a full time writer, I am also able to work when I want to, however this is not usually possible. A lot of time I have to kick everyone out of the way and write undistracted. One of the things that I love about writing is the flexibility, however I hardly ever call it that anymore, the reason is because in order for me to make the amount of money my family needs, I will spend long hours on my laptop banging out article after article, hardly what I would call flexibility.

Some weeks though I am truly the most flexible of all people because I am working on a job that allowed me to call a higher payment. Like last week I had a job that paid $30 an article for 20 articles, which meant I could do a lot less work on other sites to ensure I met my goals for the week. I got time to hang out with my children and I got to watch more television, so that is how it usually works.

I work from home as a freelance writer, and one of my favorite aspects is the flexible schedule. The other would have to be the fact that I can spend a lot of time with my daughter. As for the flexible schedule, I am able to work some while I am watching her.

I work on my laptop on and off as she watches TV, runs around, or takes a nap. When my wife gets home from work, we have dinner, and I work for another hour or two. I will usually work for one full day on the weekend, and take the other day off.

If I have a large number of assignments that need to get done in a day, or I have to do a lot of research, I will just have someone watch my daughter for the day. This usually only happens once or twice a month as I have learned how to balance my assignments very well. If there is not anything that I want to watch on TV, I might work for an hour or two.

If my wife goes out with some friends for the night on the weekend, I might grab an extra hour or two there. I goal myself on the amount of money that I want to make each month, and I work on pacing myself with assignments and work time so that I can get what I want to get each week, month, or quarter. I will tell you this - one of the biggest challenges to working at home is your family. It took a while for my wife to get into the mindset of my working at home.

She would set up projects for me to get done on certain days figuring, "You can work anytime that you want. " This caused issues at the start. You also might find that there are relatives and friends that figure that you are able to do anything that they want, when they want, since you can make your own hours.

It took a short time for me to get across from people that even though I set my own hours, I usually try to stay with a simialar schedule from week to week.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
