IPhone 4/4s factory unlocked help?

No, AT&t iphones are locked to AT&T. The factory unlocked ones are the ones you can buy from the apple store, or apple online store. On the apple online store, after you choose the color and capacity, you have the option at the bottom that says "Or get iPhone unlocked and contract-free", press that and you can choose the capacity and order a factory unlocked one, which of course, will be more expensive.

No from att they would not come factory unlocked. You would have to purchase it from the apple website to get it factory unlocked. You are better off going through the apple site, cause you will know its brand new and can get apple care or go into a best buy and get black tie protection.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
