Iphone and ical will not sync?

Iphone and ical will not sync... okay, here is the scoop:purchased the iphone 3g last Thursday 08/21 in Southern California, has Southern California service planMoved to New York on Saturday 08/23 and am trying to sync the iphone with my iCal but whenever I add anything on iCal and sync it with my iphone the item on my iphone calendar is listed 3 hours before the time I entered it on ical via my mac. For example:I enter "ice cream" at 8pm on 08/25 and I open my iphone calendar and it is listed as 5pm 08/25. The same things happens in reverse on my iphone: when I enter something via iphone calendar and sync it to my mac it is posted three hours later.

I have tried switching the time zones on both my mac and my iphone, switching only one, setting both to automatic, setting only one to automatic, etc...Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks Asked by bsull002 41 months ago Similar questions: iphone ical sync Computers > Software.

Iphone and ical will not sync iPhone Will Not Sync Contact / Calendar ChangesI'm having a real time with this. I'm syncing my iPhone with my Mac's iCal and Address Book programs. The first sync went fine.

The problem is:When I add a new phone number or change someone's address in the Address Book, it never updates the information on the iPhone! This is driving me crazy. I also find if I change a apt in iCal the phone does not pick up the change and move the apt.

The only "fix" I have found for this is checking the box to delete all the contacts and cal items on the phone and doing a fresh push. This works well but if you assign specail rings or add a picture to someone on your iPhone, all the data gets lost! I know the iPhone has a few bugs and that is to be expected but the syncing of the phone is so important to a smart phone, I think it should work at least with a Mac!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
