IPod isn't recognised in iTunes, won't sync, my pc says it needs to be formatted & is stuck in diagnosis mode?

Why you would like to make your Windows 7 look like Vista is kind of silly. It's like making a Rolls Royce look like a Mercedes Benz. Anyhow, before you think about reinstalling Windows 7, click on Start > Control Panel > View by Large Icons > Performance Information and Tools > Adjust Visual Effects.

The Performance Options window should pop up. Another way to get there is by clicking on Start and type "adjust appearance" (w/o the quotes) and hit Enter. In the Performance Options, you will see 4 choices: 1.

Let windows choose what's better for my computer 2. Adjust for best appearance 3. Adjust for best performance 4.

Custom You can select the 1st or 2nd options or go to Custom and go down to the "Use visual styles on windows and buttons". Make sure that it is checked. Edit: I would be very surprised if your computer manufacturer would just give you a recovery disc.

The pre-installed OS is part of your purchase cost indeed but you are supposed to create the disc off the hidden partition in your hard drive if the computer wasn't custom-built. If you failed to create a recovery disc from the hard drive and it gets erased or is no longer available then you have to pay the computer manufacturer for the disc. It usually costs $25-30.

Unless you just installed the service pack or changed the default settings, there should be something there... Anyways, good luck... I hope it works out for you. Here's a safe way make the taskbar look like Vista's. There's nothing to install.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
