Low-gluten diet, first introduced in Melbourne, Australia, by Dr. R. Shatin, was based on the analysis that geographical locations with high multiple sclerosis (MS) incidence have higher consumption of wheat and rye products, or of gluten. Shatin advocated a balanced diet that substituted rice and corn for wheat and rye products, as well as lowered intake of coffee, alcohol, and carbohydrates.
Both controlled and uncontrolled studies showed this diet was ineffective and difficult to stay on. Today, the low-gluten diet is only recommended for those with wheat or rye allergies.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
