Is a spousal support hearing based solely on income?

Ok, that's what I was wondering. It is temporary, pending the divorce. Spousal support is only good for a year though, right?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
