Not necessarily David. There would be slightly less weight perhaps, although the single wheel would need to be made of sturdier material to carry the weight of the two wheels in a four wheel car. Weight distribution would result in handling and stopping challenges if the weight was distributed with bias away from the single wheel. It would probably be best with two wheels at the front that are driven and the single wheel at the rear so that it had sufficient traction and cornering adhesion.
The advantages of having four sprung quarters when it comes to comfort is hard to beat, so making a three wheel drive car would seem to make more problems than it solves. It is also a matter of scale. A very small two person 3 wheel car would be quite a lot more energy efficient than a four wheel mini car because the power to weight ratios are more critical with small motors.Ern.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
