Is anyone else surprised that Ron Paul didn't win a landslide victory in Iowa?

If you're looking for an intelligible response from Paul supporters, I think that you are tilting at windmills; there will always be a conspiracy to explain any failing he may have - The Paul supporter will never concede... The racist rants, printed under his name, in his own news letter, the fringe nature of his campaign or the overall nuttery of the man himself - It's all a conspiracy EDIT - I rest my case, or more appropriately, the Paul supporters answering your question, have proved my case...

Corporate backed Republicans who are owned by the Koch brothers and Rupert Murdock ( FOX ) Will never allow Ron Paul to be nominated because Ron Paul represents actual American PEOPLE Corporate Republicans are vicious predators and want to continue to rape this country for all it is worth to them . It is true that I am an older Liberal that often votes Democrat but I am so amazed that there are Conservatives NOW who are willing to stand alone in support of Ron Paul- apart from the Republican flock . I never thought I would see the day where Republicans ( even if they are now labeled Libertarians ) would start to think as individuals and Not be lead around by FOX so called news.

Really I am amazed If Ron Paul were to run as an Independent I might even vote for him . I am not that happy with Obama but at last I will vote to keep REPS Out of office other wise .

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
