Is he intrested?

If he wants to chill then most likely he IS interested....At least enough to want to get to know you and see how it goes. There are many reasons for not drinking. He could be religious, or a recovering alcoholic, or he could have a family member who was an alcoholic, or he could be one meds that conflict with alcohol or (and I know this is hard to believe) he might just not be into drinking.

Also, some people are actually allergic to alcohol. Hang out with him and see how it goes.

If he wants to "chill", that would indicate intrest to me.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
