Is it okay for a 14 year old girl date a 17 year old guy?

I think it is ok. When I (female) was 17 years old, I dated a 24 year old (male). You simply cannot control who you love or how old they are when you happen to meet.

When you are 23 years old and she is 20 years old, this age difference won't seem like such a big deal. For now it is a good idea to wait on sexual intercourse. You have to protect yourself legally.

Depending on the state you live it, it may already be illegal for you two to have sex. If you were to have sex and someday break up (I know you don't see it happen but it could), she or her family could get you arrested. You don't need that on your record, honey.

It will follow you for the rest of your life. Best of luck! Hope you two remain happy and safe!

It may seem like the right thing to do at the moment and to wait is very mature of you. However the age gap in the long run is going to be an issue. While you are at an age to be going out and partying with male friends, drinking, and getting a lot of attention from girls, as well as having the idea of sex thrust in your face.

She is still going to be young, not legal to drink, and will not be into the same things you are at that time, and you will not be able to understand each other fully. If you were both older it would be different, but while the hormones are still lurking around, it isn't a good idea to pursue a relationship like this. It's important to talk to this girl about what each of you want individually.

You may feel like you 'love' her right now but if it's just a phase you could both get hurt. You may have a different idea of what you want from life in the future.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
