I wouldn’t recommend going to a gym while you are sick. First of all even if you don’t feel bad, and just seem to have a mild cold, a work out can still drain you of more energy. As you know when you are under the weather, you tend not to have too much strength as it is, even if you just feel slightly ill, because your body is using what strength is has to keep you moving while your ill.
Also, to work out while your sick isn’t being considerate to others. Remember just going out in public while sick you could be spreading germs to others. Going to a gym and using work out equipment that others will touch is definitely not a good idea.So for your own sake and for the sake of others working out while sick might not be a good idea.
If you want to try to keep your endurance level while sick, maybe take a nice short walk, this will help you to keep your physical fitness level, as well as help build back up your strength.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
