My grandmother taught high school "Home Living" classes, but that was before the ease of email. Snail Mail/Email Both are perfectly polite with some provisos for using email. If the person has a personal computer and is a frequent user, it is fine to send a thank you email or an ecard, depending on the nature of the thank-you. If the person did you a very great favor or when far out of the way to accommodate you, then a snail mail thank you is appropriate.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
