Is May 21st Judgment Day?

Only God knows the day, and He ain't talkin.

Don't think the plan was to give us a date or time.. Sweet G 5/12/11.

There was a minister of the worst denomination of heretics I ever heard of and he claimed that judgment day would occur on July 3, 1976: one day short of our bicentennial. He managed to joke his way into donations from every atheist and swindler in town until about June 30, 1976. That was when someone noticed that he had on a black ring with an inverted pentagram.

The guy was a satanist! Judgment (to be precise, arraignment) day arrived on July 3 all right. He and his four atheist buddies all got to stand up in front of the Judge to say what for!

The Thurston County DA looked into his banking accounts (some under assumed names) and asked how he got over $12.9 million in the year and a half he had been running his scam. "Believers are very generous," he stammered, looking very nervous. "Really?" asked the Judge.

"Why is it that you have given out receipts for only $225.00? " He stammered, hummed, and hawed a lot, only to find that his friend -- a dope peddler -- was in court the same day.It turns out that the Satanist was laundering money for a syndicate. How cute!

The Judge released him on his own recognizance and froze all the Satanist's accounts. The Satanist didn't want to go, for some reason. They no sooner hauled him out of court and left him on the sidewalk than he stormed back in and begged for protection.

The DA was very glad to hear about all the other accounts that the Satanist had managed to conceal. He turned State's Evidence and has disappeared. Somehow, I have to wonder why God said, "Thou shalt not take the Name of the Lord, thy God, in vain.

" Leave it to a satanist to run that sort of money laundering scam.

The christian bible as well as many of the other major religions layout end times, but it's also clearly stated that no human knows this date. I think all of these end time "prophecies" are sacreligious at best and blasphemous at worst. I'm not afraid of death no matter how it comes about for me, it's just a part of living, and everything under the sun will experience death at some point.

The thing to focus on is actually living and I don't mean mere survival.

Judgement day is the 1000 year period of time under Jesus' rulership. Those verses in Luke 21, Mark 13, and Matt 24 are talking about the signs leading up to the great tribulation, a period of time that will climax into armageddon. It takes some study to get a clear picture, not just throw around terms without knowing what you are saying.

The word in Matt 24:3 translated end, is sunteleias (gen) and does not describe a fixed point in time, but a period of time, like a conclusion in a book that covers many events and chapters as it is winding down to the very last point. Jesus goes on to describe signs and events that will follow and he is certainly talking about a period of time. So to say it will all be over in a single moment is wrong.

What Paul said about a twinkling of an eye, makes perfect sense in the context of all the Bible teaches about this subject. Taking that verse and ignoring everything else will lead you down a mistaken path every time. Your teachers are leading all of you that have this idea about Judgment day in the wrong direction.

I didn't know that the impeachment started on 5/21/2011.

Really?" asked the Judge. "Why is it that you have given out receipts for only $225.00?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
