Yes.... I eat a lot of miso, tofu, edamame, you name it I probably eat soybeans in whatever form or another. I definitely ate it while pregnant with both kids, and they are both very healthy and growing well. I have never heard of any reports saying that soy is bad for you during pregnancy.
