Is Mr Obama trying to use SCARE TACTICS to pass his health care reform? No need to debate, just pass it?

Take a deep breath. Now take a look at insurance costs over the past 8 years. Premiums have double for a family of 4.

Now look at the other developed countries that have universal health care. You'll notice two things: 1 They all (but 2) have longer life expectancies than US citizens, plus lower infant mortality. 2 They all pay *much* less than we do in the US for heath care.

CONCLUSIONS: the status quo is unsustainable; and all these other countries are on a much better cost curve than we are. Fact is that in the USA we pay nearly *twice* what Europeans pay for health care, and we have both higher infant mortality and lower life expectancy than most European countries. Because they could really GAS about the poor since, if their claims that "thousands die in the streets every year without health care" are true, they are delaying the enforcement (best description of "government-sponsored") for five years... meaning 90,000 people will "die"! If one thing about it is a LIE, then everything about it is a LIE. I can't understand why it is "behind closed doors" when they parade the (D)eception publicly... and no one notices esp.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
