The best diet is to eat plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, and beans, and to cut out bad fats & sweets. Don't limit yourself to one item or "category".
No - it's terrible for you. You need protein and iron, among other things, to be healthy. You're not going to get that from drinking juice.
